Returns & Refunds

Please contact us if the product you receive arrives faulty. We will come to an agreement that is fair and both parties will be happy with. We ask that any returned products be unused in undamaged/unmarked packaging and in the same manner it was sent to you. Any problems need to be reported to B.Gentle within 14 days of invoice date. If fault is ours we will refund, replace or credit… whatever makes you happy. No re-delivery fee applies if the exchange is due to our error.
